Right of Withdrawal

LABELfleet is a B2B platform exclusively for commercial users (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB). The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 355 ff. BGB does not apply to contracts between entrepreneurs.

By registering, you have confirmed that you are acting in a commercial capacity. If you nevertheless believe you are entitled to a right of withdrawal, please contact us.

Voluntary Cancellation Policy

Although no statutory right of withdrawal applies, we offer the following voluntary cancellation policy:

• You may cancel your LABELfleet account at any time via the account settings
• The contract can be terminated with 30 days’ notice to the end of a calendar month (see Terms of Service § 3)
• After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data (JSON export)
• Unused prepaid amounts for the current billing period will not be refunded
