Frequently asked questions about LABELfleet
Labels & Shipping
Currently LABELfleet supports DHL Geschäftskundenversand (DHL Business) for domestic and international shipments. Additional carriers are planned for future releases.
Upload a PDF with recipient data or import orders from a connected shop. LABELfleet automatically extracts the address and creates a DHL label. You can also use the API (
POST /api/v1/jobs) for automated label creation.
You can create return labels for any existing shipment. The return label is generated via DHL and can be sent to the customer by email or as a QR code for label-free returns.
Invoices & Credit Notes
Configure your invoice settings (company address, VAT ID, numbering) in Settings → Account. Then use the invoice button on any job, or create invoices via the API.
Cancel a job that has an invoice to automatically generate a credit note (Gutschrift). The credit note references the original invoice and can be sent to the customer by email. Available via UI and API.
API & Integration
Go to Settings → Account → API Keys and click "Create API Key". The key is shown once — copy it immediately. Use it in the
X-API-Key header for all API requests. See our API documentation for details.
Currently supported: eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Kaufland, Otto, Zalando, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Connect shops in Settings → Shops to automatically import orders and create labels.
Plans & Pricing
The Free plan includes up to 50 shipping labels per month, invoice generation, shop connections, and full API access. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited labels.
