From goods receipt to payout

  1. QR goods receipt. Scan incoming devices with a QR code so every item is booked in the moment it arrives.
  2. Status tracking. Move each case through defined stages — received, in progress, done — with a full history.
  3. Generic return labels. Send devices back with a DHL generic return label, stamped with the case reference.
  4. Payout. For buy-backs, record the agreed price and trigger the payout once the device is checked.
